Every time I visit this store I know I'll get great service and reliable advice. The staff are friendly and helpful and are more than happy to give you the time to explain what you're trying to achieve and provide a free sounding board to make sure you get the right product for the job.

Was wanting to purchase a particular brand of watercolours and needed assistance. The woman at the counter was more interested in sorting out her car issues on the phone. Never been keen on the lack of service in this store but this was the nail in the coffin for me. Will buy elsewhere in future

Very disappointing service :- We went to the Cannnington Store and picked out a set of pastels as a gift, they were marked as $34.95 in a stack on a shelf when we went to pay the price changed to $42.70!! I queried this the lady stated that there had been a price rise and it must have been missed, but she could give us a 10% discount! we agreed (in a hurry buying for Xmas) next we are told the payment has gone through at $42.70 so she could not give a discount and we were stuck with the higher price !!! I said ok we'll just get a refund and start again but was told there is a very strict refund policy and she'll have to call management. We were in a hurry so paid the $42.70 BUT I FEEL RIPPED OFF BY THESE SHONKY BUSINESS TACTICS!! and will never shop at or recommend Jacksons again,
